Thanks to our reader Brea for reminding me to try a mashed banana in my Coconut Whipped Cream recipe… I just struck whipped gold.
This has to be the easiest recipe on the planet. Two ingredients, two steps.
Here’s the recipe:
1 medium banana
1 can full fat coconut milk
(just use the dense cream on the top after refrigerating over night)
Add coconut cream to bowl and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes
Add the whole banana
Blend slowly until most of banana is mashed then crank up the speed to high until the mixture is super smooth.
That’s it! You don’t need to add any sweeteners or extracts since the banana takes care of both.
Now I need to make something to pair with it… any suggestions!?
